My journey into changing lives began with a Degree & Honours in Psychology. In my early career I worked in a clinical environment at a psychiatric hospital, at a pregnancy crisis centre, and a family crisis centre. Along the way I did various counselling courses and picked up a number of certifications. My love for learning and undertsanding people has led me along a very fulfilling path. I have always counselled and coached people and teams, and am constantly humbled by the significant trust people grant me with their well-being. I don’t take this lightly. The gravity of what I do is both energising and weighty, but every time I step out the door my family tell me to “go change lives”, and that is my passion – helping people change their lives for the better.
My career then took me into the education industry with various roles from Programme Manager, Course Director, Director of Education, Dean, and even in the trenches as a high school teacher and lecturer at two universities.
In my years of working with people, I have formed a philosphy about people, organisations, and educations institutions that is the foundation for my business and the work I do.
